Quirrely VIP is a voice intelligence platform owned and operated by BothEyesNow Ltd, a company incorporated in Canada. References to "Quirrely," "Quirrely VIP," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to BothEyesNow Ltd.
These terms govern your use of quirrely.ca and any services we provide — including Signal, Lens, Brief, Fit, and any other analysis products delivered under the Quirrely VIP platform. By using the platform or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
If you are using Quirrely VIP on behalf of a company or agency, you are agreeing to these terms on that organisation's behalf.
All Quirrely VIP products are delivered as paid engagements. Pricing is provided on request and scoped to the brief. An engagement begins when both parties have agreed to scope and terms in writing, and payment has been confirmed.
You agree to supply content that you own or have the right to submit for analysis. We will not analyse content that you do not have rights to. If you are an agency submitting on behalf of a client, you confirm that you have the client's authorisation to do so.
For Signal analyses, we will deliver your report within 24–72 hours of corpus submission and schedule your review session within seven days of report delivery, subject to mutual availability. Lens, Brief, and Fit outputs are delivered as standalone documents within 24–72 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Lens, Brief, and Fit are available as data outputs for integration into existing platforms, workflows, and reporting infrastructure. Data output engagements are governed by a separate data agreement, which will be provided at the time of scoping. Standard terms of service apply in the absence of a separate agreement.
LNCP analysis is conducted on publicly available written material. Quirrely VIP does not access private correspondence, unpublished drafts, or material that has not been publicly released by the subject or their organisation.
LNCP profiles are generated through a combination of automated lexical analysis and human review. All scores are proprietary to BothEyesNow Ltd and reflect the engine's measurement of the submitted material against defined dimensional criteria. Profiles are analytical instruments, not factual statements about the subjects of analysis.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit. Submitting content to Quirrely VIP does not transfer any intellectual property rights to BothEyesNow Ltd.
We use submitted content solely to perform the analysis you have requested. We do not use your content to train models, build comparative databases without consent, or share it with third parties.
The Lexical Numerical Cognitive Protocol (LNCP), all report outputs, scoring methodologies, dimensional frameworks, voice taxonomy, and platform code are the intellectual property of BothEyesNow Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Quirrely VIP platform or methodology.
Reports delivered as part of a paid engagement may be used internally by you and your clients. They may not be resold or published as standalone products without written permission from BothEyesNow Ltd.
Quirrely VIP provides analytical intelligence based on the content you supply. The quality of the output depends in part on the quality and completeness of the corpus you submit. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from acting on report findings.
We work to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BothEyesNow Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on report findings. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of Quirrely VIP after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Contact information. When you book a conversation or engage our services, we collect your name and email address. We use this to communicate about your engagement and deliver your analysis.
Submitted content. Content submitted as part of a paid engagement corpus is held only for the duration of that engagement and deleted on request once the report is delivered. We do not retain submitted content beyond the engagement period.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled on their side.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This is used to maintain platform security and performance. It is not used to build profiles or serve advertising.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use submitted content to train models or build comparative databases without explicit consent. Quirrely VIP does not display advertising and does not work with advertising platforms.
Contact information is retained for as long as you are an active client or prospect. Corpus content submitted for a paid engagement is deleted on request once your report has been delivered. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) governs your rights in relation to personal information held by BothEyesNow Ltd. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@quirrely.com.
We use session cookies for platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so may affect certain platform functions.
Quirrely VIP uses HTTPS throughout. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@quirrely.com.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.
